Camp Raymond After School has officially moved to the Raymond Village Community Church (RVCC), located at 27 Main Street in Raymond.

RSU 14 will provide transportation from Raymond Elementary School to our program. Please be aware of the following important transportation policies:
- If your child does not attend the program every day, they must either be picked up at RVCC or at the school. They may not take the bus to an alternate stop.

- All students must follow RSU 14 bus rules during transport.

- Families must complete the RSU 14 Transportation Form to authorize bussing to Camp Raymond After School.

From arrival at RVCC until 6:00 PM (including half-day Wednesdays)

Program Cost:
The program fee is $90 per week for the entire school year, based on a total annual cost of $3,690, divided into weekly payments. This fee is required even during vacation weeks and must be paid in full regardless of attendance. This policy secures your child’s place in the program.

Payment Terms:
Invoices will be issued every Tuesday and must be paid through your RecDesk household account before the following week’s program. Repeated late payments may result in termination of your child’s spot in the program, allowing us to offer it to a waitlisted family. A $10 late fee will be applied to accounts not settled by Friday. If full payment is not received before the start of the next week, we reserve the right to suspend your child’s participation until the account is current.
Monthly invoicing can also be arranged upon request via email.

Program Schedule:
The Camp Raymond After School Program follows the RSU 14 school calendar. The program is closed during holidays, weekends, and school closures, including vacations, snow days, and early dismissals due to inclement weather or emergencies. Care is available on half days and delayed start days when the school is open.

Facility:
The program is based at RVCC with multiple breakout rooms.

Field Trips:
On select Wednesdays, we may take field trips using the RPRD Bus to local or off-site locations. Parents will be informed of field trip details at least one week in advance.

Eligibility:
The program is open to children enrolled in Kindergarten through 4th grade at RSU 14.

Late Fees:
All children must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for any late pick-ups and will be added to your account invoice.

Sign-Out Procedure:
Parents or designated individuals must sign out their child(ren) and present a valid driver’s license. Please ensure your Pick-Up Authorization list is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse release of a child if the individual cannot provide valid ID or is not on the authorized list.

Non-Pick-Up List:
If there are individuals who are not permitted to pick up your child due to family circumstances, please provide this information in writing. For legal stipulations, written documentation is required.

Absence Notification:
If your child will not be attending the after-school program on any given day (due to illness, early dismissal, appointments, etc.), you must notify us no later than 1:00 PM that day as well as the school.

Snacks:
A snack will be provided during the afternoon session, though children are welcome to bring their own. Please adhere to school policies regarding the types of snacks allowed, particularly in relation to peanut and nut products. If your child has specific allergies, please inform us so that we can provide appropriate snack alternatives.
